I currently offer virtual therapy only, for individuals and couples located anywhere in British Columbia. Many clients find virtual sessions surprisingly comfortable, no commute, and you get to be in a space where you already feel familiarity. We’ll use your environment to find resources that support your system during and outside of session.

It's a relaxed 15-minute video call where we talk about what's bringing you to therapy, I'll explain a bit about how I work, and we'll both get a sense of whether we're a good fit. There's no obligation to book further sessions afterward.

I don’t offer direct billing, however, most folks get coverage as I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). I recommend checking your insurance policy before booking just to be sure!

I require 48 hours notice for cancellation, this way I have the opportunity to fill your spot. The only exception to this is if you’re unwell and cannot partake in session.

I’ve been told that I’m a safe space and a good listener. My clients often tell me they feel they can finally release and process what has been held in their bodies and hearts. I’m kind and gentle, yet I also invite you to step into a more aligned version of yourself, and will name when I notice misalignment or adaptive strategies overtaking. I work collaboratively and I don’t come in with an agenda, though I may have ideas of where I’d like to dig deeper or where I see the north star that we’re working towards.
When it comes to working with couples, I like to “get right in there” and I coach each partner to try new skills. I’m typically more directive in couples work because I find it’s necessary to create change, however, I will always check in to make sure it feels like we’re on the right path!
